This is a "long form" podcast meaning 2 - 5.5 hours per episode. It usually takes me days to listen to this, but it has helped me learn a ton about the military and the way they lead and develop leaders. I listen to this when I need to be reminded of what it truly looks like to have internal discipline.

This podcast has shown me the many ways in which we are to lead folks and be led, ourselves. I really enjoy the format of this podcast - it is 15 minutes or so of lesson and then 10-15 minutes of discussion from two of the people within his organization. I love the way Maxwell spells out basic leadership principles in a digestible and applicable manner.

This podcast is focused on stoicism and what the ancient philosophers thought about, how they drew conclusions, and solved problems. Ryan also brings on many guests as well to interview and get their insights. I listen to this when I want to be enlightened by old ideas that are extremely valuable in the high speed world we live in today.

This podcast is geared towards men but, I have gained so much perspective from Ryan. He is brutally honest and focuses on what it means to be a masculine man today. My wife and I listen to this together a lot of the time because she gets as much out of it as I do!

Ali brings on different entrepreneurs from around the world to talk about their success, their failures, and their relationship with struggle and doubt. I find this podcast particularly fascinating because he asks the emotional questions as well as the business questions.

This is hosted by a teenager named Brecken (the son of Ryan, the host of the Order of Man Podcast). It is such an awesome perspective for people with kids to see the interaction between Brecken and Ryan. The father-son dynamic is a unique way to host a podcast and I gain lots of value in how to have conversation with my future children and even kids I interact with in every day life.
